Girl's & Boy's Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Where:  Library on Thursday mornings 7:45 - 8:20.

You do not have to be an athlete at Kimbrough to participate in FCA.

Come and meet other fellow believers in Jesus Christ and learn more


Interesting facts about Coach Woodley:

  • Has been the leader of FCA at Kimbrough for approximately 19 years

  • Married Kevin Woodley on July 24, 2011

  • Has 3 kids:  well, 2 Weimaraners, Jake and Annabelle, and 1 cat, Landry

  • Has traveled to over 14 countries, plus Hawaii (3 countries were due to mission trips with Youth With A Mission)

  • Became a committed follower of Jesus Christ on May 10, 1993

  • Lives in Waxahachie

  • Teaches the high school health/physical education class and coaches tennis

  • Graduated from Texas Tech University in December 1997

  • Loves sports, especially football, beach volleyball, baseball, and tennis

  • Her parents will celebrate their 47th wedding anniversary in December; has 3 married brothers

‚ÄčStudent Council

Student Council promotes leadership, dedication and school spirit through developeing a community awareness of student government.  The purpose of student council is to plan and organize activities that will foster the social growth and civic development of the student body.


National Junior Honor Society

The purpose of the NJHS is to create an enthusiasm for superior scholarship; to develop citizenship; to stimulate a desire to serve; to promote leadership; and to instill exemplary qualities of character.  

Membership Requirements:

*a minimum of 90 average in ALL classes (updated by vote of Faculty Council on 6/6/2016)

*no more than one B in conduct each six weeks

*may not be on academic probation more than one six weeks

*at least one semester attendance at Kimbrough or another MISD middle school.
